Our Process

Upon completion of payment, the purchaser will be automatically redirected to complete a new ERO Intake Form. This form must be completed in its entirety before the tax software can be delivered. Once the intake form and signed agreement have been received, the software will be delivered.

Following delivery, the purchaser will be granted access to the Partner Portal Dashboard, which includes onboarding, training, and resources.

All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance. An active IRS-issued Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) is required at the time of purchase. Failure to provide or maintain a valid EFIN will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

By completing ANY purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and waives any and all rights to a refund.
